Le Vernissage is opened daily from 12.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. This Haute-cuisine restaurant attracts guests with its prestigious, luxurious atmosphere and offers a magnificent panorama of the city centre and St Isaac’s Cathedral. The unusual two-level dining area and attractive views are linked together in the restaurant by a contemporary design that reflects the latest fashions and trends. Natural materials were used in the design of the space – leather and wood. Le Vernissage has several podiums for various events, such as fashion shows and concerts.
The chef at Le Vernissage offers guests a special à la carte menu and wine list. Come to a wine-tasting or cigar evening, or one of the hotel’s music and charity events.

The hotel’s lobby bar, opened from 8.00 a.m. to 01.00 a.m., is frequented by both hotel guests and businesspeople. It is an ideal place for relaxing from the business centre or fitness room.
